  very bad costumer service, no consideration and care for customers at all. No one knows what their job is, every person giving you different information, where do They hire this people, and what kind of trading is provided, to have such stuff? this representatives, are very unprofessional, rude, impatient, they absolutely have Zero idea how to represent their own country, with pride and dignity, protecting their borders, handling customer needs and care, it's a sham, that we are having this kinda, people, working for the US government

  If it wasn't for Barbara's excellent a service, this would have been a 1 star rating. I showed up hoping to get a copy of my transcript; instead of being greeted with cordiality, it was loud abruptness demanding why I was there, and that they didn't take walk in appointment. I was handed a little paper and told to call the hotline and schedule an apt before they serviced me. I called and was told there were no apt opportunities. I told her out of the 18 empty chairs there was two of us! Then a different girl entered the hallway and loudly told me not to call and that they would service me. I politely told, I was simple following instructions given to me and that I heard fine and understood good English. I couldn't but help notice everyone who followed me was treated with fairness and cordiality. Hmm?
